TERMS & CONDITIONS

FEES

1.0 Fees are payable two weeks in advanced. Payment options are per Term.
Payment Methods are: Cash | Direct Credit.

1.1 Examination Processing Fee $50.00

1.2 Beginner Starter Pack Books $100.00.

LESSON TIMES

2.0 Students are required to arrive at the Academy at their exact appointed lesson time. Lessons will run strictly on time, to ensure that there is a smooth change over between students.

2.1 Due to time restraints students late for their scheduled lesson will not have their lesson time extended.

2.2 Students and visitors are to behave in an orderly manner whilst at the Academy.

2.3 Parents of school age children must accompany children to and from the Academy door, at their appointed lesson time.

2.4 It is important that parking instructions are adhered to and noise levels are kept to a minimum outside the premises.

CANCELLATION OF LESSON BY STUDENT

3.0 We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.
You are responsible for attending the offered make-up class.
Teachers are paid regardless of students attendance.
If more than one class is rescheduled in a term, you may be asked to choose a more suitable time or cancel your enrolment.

CANCELLATION OF LESSON BY TEACHER

4.4 Where possible a replacement teacher will be allocated when the primary teacher is unable to take a class or the class will be rescheduled.

TERMINATION OF LESSONS – REFUND POLICY

5.0 Their is no refund policy for mid term tuition cancellation.

FAMILY HOLIDAYS – PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

6.0 No place will be held for students that go away on family holidays unless tuition has been paid. Students will have their classes rescheduled.

6.1 Classes are conducted on public holidays during term.

AUSTRALIAN MUSIC EXAMINATION BOARD (AMEB)

7.0 The teacher has the authority to cancel a students exam enrollment due to lack of lass attendance leading up to their exam.

7.1 The parent will cover all costs resulting from cancellation and/or rescheduling of exams.

7.2 Parents are responsible for ensuring their child are available for examination during the nominated examination session.

FUNDRAISING CONCERTS & STUDENTS AWARDS CONCERT

8.0 There is no refund policy for concert cancellations or transfers.

CHANGE OF LESSON TIME OR TEACHER

9.0 Student/parent can request a change of teacher at anytime (subject to availability).

9.1 Student/parent can request a change of lesson time at anytime (subject to availability).
